Business Performance Management (BPM)

No matter whether you decide for balanced scorecard, EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management), Six Sigma or ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library), for IM&C business performance management is the central component for realizing strategic corporate goals. Based upon appropriate key data (key performance indicators, KPI), metrics, management dashboards and scorecards we will not persist in discussions on strategies and appropriate controlling conceptions, but help our customers with consequent anchoring and continuous company-wide implementation. We are shaping the relations of cause and effect between key data as well as other strategic elements and facilitate  your intra-corporate, target group specific communication which is necessary for the corporate alignment with the goals defined.

The controlling system has to accommodate to your strategy and to be able to respond quickly and flexibly to changing environmental conditions. If you cannot see just on the surface why something has happened, we will help you to identify coherences and hidden causes via additional key data in so-called drill-down-functions.
